Online Shopping Experience: This online shopping platform is supported by Shopify, and they are awesome because they give us all the bells and whistles we need so that we can focus on SOURCING quality goods for you. We then take time to do our best to describe the products to you via this website and other social media outlets, and make updates regularly (especially if we learn anything is inaccurate), but we can't guarantee that the images will be displayed accurately on your screen due to color variations in computer monitors. We take product photographs from various angles to help you understand what you are purchasing.

Retail Shopping Experience: Our Tea House in Eagle Rock is currently under construction, and we hope to open in 2021.

Invitation Policy: If you subscribe to marketing materials, then you will receive our Quarterly Newsletter, The Tea House Journal, and invitations to our tea tasting events and other exclusive getaways. If you do not want to receive these materials, then you may unsubscribe at the bottom the e-mails.

Pricing Policy: We believe in value pricing, and offer fair prices so that we can continue to INSPIRE appreciation for gifts of nature within our community.

Testing Policy: We DEVOTE the necessary time to research and self-test goods with our expertise and to bring you only tried-and-tested ingredients and materials.

Research Policy: It is our goal to research, and in turn EDUCATE the public, about the natural properties and ancient history surrounding our unique emporium of luxuries.

Return Policy: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any part of your purchase, we are happy to re-stock unopened undamaged goods that are re-saleable for a 50% refund of your purchase price (excluding the amount you must pay for return shipping) so long as you return the goods within 14 days of your purchase. You may return goods via courier with tracking or in our retail location during regular business hours.

Privacy Policy: We value your privacy and will only collect your personal information, such as name, address, e-mail, etc. when you provide it to us with permission. Shopify provides us the bells and whistles, and also provides services for payment card information. As a result, Silk & Jade LLC does note have access to any of your payment card information, as Shopify has tokenzation, encryption and other reason security measures mechanisms to protect your payment card information. Also, Shopify and Google provide us statistics to study the amount of visitors that view our site, top viewed products, and similar generalized non personal information, so that we can optimize your user experience in the future by making educated guesses about what works.
