Picked from the notoriously pristine Dong Ding Mountain, our Smokey Oolong embodies traditional, old-world techniques and highlights the region’s masterful craftsmanship in perfecting oolong varietals. After being oxidized and rolled, the pearls are carefully roasted over a fire of sweet longan wood, naturally tempering any bitterness and melding together earthy notes of toasted caramel. Infusing longan smoke into the leaves adds a nuance and complexity that invites the adventurous to explore the depths of their palate with a rich contrast to lighter, floral selections.
