Bao Chung Green Oolong Tea, known as Jade Oolong, grows in the Wenshan area of northern Taiwan, which is known for its cool, moist climate and rich soil. For the past 150 years, this area is well-known for producing the finest golden green oolong tea that is light in flavor. In a boutique farm on the mountainside, Jade Oolong leaves are picked by hand, minimally oxidized, and are carefully shaped into long, tight twists. Once steeped, the uniformly deep green leaves produce a beautiful jade liquor and sweetly floral, fragrant aroma.
